Terms and Conditions

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all participants, please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering for Retreats in the Castle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the responsibilities and obligations outlined below.

1. Event Confirmation and Refund Policy

• The retreat will only be confirmed once a minimum of 20 participants have registered.
• If the event is canceled due to insufficient registrations, all participants will receive a full refund.
• Once the event has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued for participant cancellations for any reason.

 

2. Use of Photos and Videos

• By attending the retreat, participants grant Retreats in the Castle the irrevocable right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
• Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify the organizers in writing prior to the start of the retreat.

 

3. Liability and Participant Responsibility

• All participants attend the retreat at their own risk. Retreats in the Castle and its organizers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience but are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur during the event.
• Participants are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the retreat.
• In the event of a medical emergency, accident, or unforeseen circumstance, participants are responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to medical treatment, transportation, and any additional accommodation required.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance that covers medical expenses, cancellations, and personal belongings during their stay in Spain.

 

4. Legal Compliance in Spain

• This event is organized in compliance with all applicable Spanish laws and regulations, including consumer protection and data privacy laws (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de Derechos Digitales).
• Participants are expected to respect and comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay in Spain.

 

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful, kind, and professional behavior toward fellow attendees, staff, and venue personnel at all times.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.
• The retreat fosters an environment of inclusivity, safety, and mutual respect for all women attending.

 

6. Force Majeure

• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions), Retreats in the Castle reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event.
• In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat or receive a partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

 

7. Agreement and Acceptance

By registering for Retreats in the Castle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this document. You also confirm that you are aware of your personal responsibilities and the potential risks associated with participation in the retreat.
