Payment Policies
Non-Refundable Deposit
The €197 registration deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit reserves your seat and covers administrative costs associated with your registration. It will be applied toward your total investment.
Payment Deadlines
All payments must be received by the dates listed above. Her Expat Life reserves the right to release your spot if a scheduled payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date without prior communication.
If you anticipate difficulty with a payment deadline, please reach out before the due date. We will do our best to work with you.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made on or before May 31, 2026: The €197 registration deposit is forfeited. All additional payments made will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between June 1 – July 14, 2026: The €197 deposit and the €700 second deposit are forfeited. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
- Cancellations made on or after July 15, 2026: No refunds will be issued. The full investment is non-refundable within 35 days of the event.
Transfers & Name Changes
Your registration is transferable to another eligible participant up until July 14, 2026. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@herexpatlife.com. Transfers are not permitted within 35 days of the event.
Bring Your Bestie — Special Conditions
Both registrants under a Bring Your Bestie booking must maintain their payment plans. If one participant cancels, the remaining participant’s balance will be recalculated at the Solo rate of €997, with any overpayment credited toward the remaining balance or refunded according to the cancellation policy above.
Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that Her Expat Life must cancel or significantly alter the experience due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, government travel restrictions, etc.), participants will receive a full credit toward a future Her Expat Life experience or a refund of all payments beyond the non-refundable €197 deposit.
How to Pay
Payment details and instructions will be provided upon registration. All amounts are listed in Euros (€). International transaction fees, if any, are the responsibility of the participant.

More than 90 days before the trip
Refund of all instalments paid, minus the €197 deposit.
60–90 days before the trip
Refund of 50% of instalments paid (deposit non-refundable).
30–59 days before the trip
No refund. Full balance is owed if not already paid.
Less than 30 days before the trip
No refund.
